1. What we provide
PourData provides access to a processed copy of public records published by the State of Texas, together with our own entity resolution and analysis. A paid subscription grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the paid pages and export data for use inside their own business.
This is a digital product, delivered entirely as software. Access is self-serve and begins immediately on payment. We do not sell consulting, research services, done-for-you work, custom reports or any other human-delivered service, and no part of the subscription is fulfilled by a person. Support is limited to helping you use the product and to billing questions.
2. What the data is
Figures originate from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. They are reported by the licensed businesses themselves, and the state may restate them. We do not warrant that any figure is accurate, current or complete, and we are not the source of record.
The service is provided as is. It is not a credit rating, a valuation, an audit, or financial, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. In particular, do not rely on it alone to extend credit to, lend to, value, buy or sell a business.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is by emailed link; there is no password. Keep access to your inbox secure, because whoever can read it can sign in as you. One subscription is for one person. Sharing your account or credentials, or reselling access, ends the subscription without refund.
4. Fair use of exports
You may export data and use it internally, quote figures externally with attribution to PourData, and build your own analysis on top of it. You may not redistribute or resell our compiled dataset, or a substantial part of it, as a product competing with this one. You may not scrape the site in bulk; the export exists so you do not need to.
The underlying state filings are public records and we claim no rights over them. What we ask you not to copy wholesale is our compilation: the venue resolution, the archived history, and the derived metrics.
5. Payment
Subscriptions are $49 per year or $5 per month, in US dollars, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles customer service enquiries relating to payments and taxes. Prices may change, but not for a period you have already paid for; we give at least 30 days' notice by email before a renewal at a new price.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time from your account. See the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service up and the data current, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure and we are a small operation. If the service is unavailable for an extended period we will extend your subscription or refund the affected time on request.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, however caused.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, or for non-payment, and will refund any unused prepaid period unless the breach was sharing or reselling access.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date above always shows the current version.

Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record, which means Paddle is the seller of record on your invoice and handles tax.
