Refund policy

That applies to every payment, first or renewal, monthly or annual. There are no conditions, no exceptions and no fees deducted. We do not ask why and we do not require a form.

How to ask

Email support@pourdata.com from the address on the account. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, and normally appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Separate from a refund, you can cancel at any time in one click from your account. Cancelling stops future payments and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you would rather we cancelled it for you, email us and we will do it the same day.

What happens to your data

Nothing you have exported is affected — those files are yours to keep and use. Your account keeps only your email address and subscription status, so if you come back later everything works as before. Ask us to delete the account and we remove it within 7 days. See the privacy notice.
