Privacy notice
Also known as our privacy policy.

What we collect
Your email address, and nothing else that identifies you. We ask for no name, no company, no phone number and no address.
There is no password, so there is no password to leak. Sign-in links and session tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes, which means a copy of our database does not let anyone sign in as you.
We keep the subscription status and renewal date that our payment provider sends us, so the site knows whether to unlock the paid pages. We never receive or store your card details.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the page you are on and basic details about your browser and device. We use it for aggregate traffic figures only — we do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we have not enabled Google’s advertising features. You can opt out for every site with Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking the script; the site works normally either way.
What we do not do
No advertising. No ad network, no retargeting pixels, and no third-party scripts beyond the analytics tag described above. Apart from the sign-in cookie and the analytics cookies, we set nothing. We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
| Paddle | Payments and invoicing. They are the Merchant of Record and receive your email and payment details directly. See their own privacy notice. |
|---|---|
| Resend | Sends your sign-in links. Receives your email address and the link. |
| Cloudflare | Hosts and serves the site, and holds the account database. Standard server logs including IP addresses. |
That is the complete list. Each is a processor acting on our instructions; none is given your data for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Your account for as long as it exists, plus whatever billing records Paddle must retain for tax purposes. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; sessions after 30 days. Ask us to delete your account and we do it within 7 days.
Your rights
Write to support@pourdata.com to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We do not require a form or an explanation.
Data about businesses, not people
The sales figures on this site are public records about licensed businesses, published by the State of Texas. Where a permit is held by a sole trader, a business name may resemble a personal name; we publish only what the state publishes. If you are a permit holder and believe something here is inaccurate, write to us — though the authoritative correction has to be made with the state.
