What to write about
| Cancelling | You can do it yourself from your account in one click, but if you would rather we did it, say so and we will — same day, no questions. |

| Refunds | See the refund policy. Ask and we will process it. |
| Billing and invoices | Payments are handled by Paddle. Invoices are in your billing portal, and every receipt email links there too. |
| Wrong data | Tell us the venue and what looks wrong. Where the source filing is wrong we cannot change it, but we will say so plainly and note it. |
| Sign-in trouble | There are no passwords — we email you a link. If it has not arrived in a few minutes, check spam, then write to us. |
Billing enquiries
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to payments and taxes.
